Place 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder into a container. Pour in approximately 50-120 ml of hot water (80 degrees Celsius, no hotter). Mix well using an electric milk frother or, ideally, a bamboo matcha whisk (also called a chasen). Enjoy 1-2 times daily. It can be drunk either straight with just water or with the addition of a little (plant-based) milk.
