SHISO
Shiso, a member of the mint family, is a potent, aromatic, and biologically active medicinal herb that is gaining popularity as a spice. It has been used as an ancient remedy since the Song Dynasty. Rich in flavonoids and antioxidants, shiso leaves are said to help with allergies and stress. It is believed that the Japanese hold spiritual ceremonies before harvesting this precious plant to honor its sacred nature. In Korea and Taiwan, shiso is also woven into spiritual landscapes and planted in private gardens to invoke its protective power, divine connection, and ability to purify the environment. Shiso strengthens and expands consciousness, helping to release ingrained patterns, societal conditioning, and projections, revealing the truth behind everything: shiso connects us to other dimensions by resonating with our third eye.

INCENSE
Throughout history and to this day, frankincense—native to the Arabian Peninsula—has been revered for its powerful ability to ward off negative energies and foster a cosmic connection with the divine. Its spiritual essence aids deep contemplation and reflection, while its fragrant aroma grounds the mind and promotes a sense of security, willpower, and perseverance. Frankincense has a strengthening effect on the nerves and brain, stimulating and regulating the immune system. This high-quality frankincense is also known to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, age spots, scars, blemishes, and stretch marks. Used for centuries as a natural alternative to retinol, it strengthens collagen, tightens pores, and revitalizes damaged skin cells.

RAVINTSARA
The Ravintsara tree, a camphor tree of Madagascar that gives birth to ravintsara, is also known as "the healing tree." The fragrance and energy of ravintsara have a balancing, nourishing, and opening effect on the third eye and also stimulate the crown chakra. Massaging with and inhaling ravintsara oil during meditation or energy healing practices can help balance and activate these energy centers. Intuition, spiritual connection, and higher consciousness are awakened. The Malagasy people traditionally use ravintsara for energy work and to positively stimulate the mind.

GOJI
Goji berries, a sweet, medicinal food native to Tibet, have been used for thousands of years and are now well-researched for their health benefits. They are one of the few ingredients that nourish the Jing essence, which, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, ensures our youthful vitality. Goji berries are rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids, and trace elements, and contain more antioxidant carotenoids than any other known plant. Their polysaccharides, which include lutein and zeaxanthin, promote visual acuity, making goji berries a natural superfood for both skin and eyes. Goji berries are also known to nourish the liver—key to refreshed, youthful eyes.

Cornflower
The cornflower has a long history as a beautifying, rejuvenating, and healing eye remedy. Records of its use date back to the ancient Greeks. Traditionally, it is known for its decongestant properties and its effect on dark circles under the eyes. It has anti-inflammatory, soothing, anti-allergic, and calming effects – cornflower soothes red, watery, swollen, tired, stressed, and inflamed eyes. It provides a cooling sensation and quickly relieves irritation. Because of these remarkable properties, the cornflower was included in the European Pharmacopoeia. In our modern world, where our eyes are so strained and overworked, it offers relief, regeneration, and revitalization. Historical medical records show that cornflower water was prescribed as eye drops for eye and eyelid irritations and to combat conjunctivitis. The cornflower is a superhero for the eyes and the delicate eye contours!
