CAN I TAKE SEVERAL FLOWER REMEDIES AT THE SAME TIME?
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time as this will reduce the potency of each flower essence. (The First Aid Kit formulation is an exception and can be taken with you at any time. Even if you are already taking another flower essence from Alexis).

CAN I DRINK COFFEE OR ALCOHOL WHILE TAKING FLOWER ESSENCES?
Yes! It's perfectly okay to drink coffee and alcohol.

IS IT MORE EFFECTIVE TO TAKE THE WHOLE BOTTLE AT ONCE FOR MORE EFFECTS?
The standard dose is four drops under the tongue, four times a day. Regular use of the flower essences builds up the strength of their effects. Therefore, potency is not increased by taking more drops at a time, but by using them regularly and consistently. Alexis' formulations should be taken four times a day, although this may need/can be increased to once an hour or even more frequently in acute situations (The First Aid Kit formulation may be used every ten minutes until your condition improves).

I ONLY HAVE A FEW OF THE SYMPTOMS LISTED. WILL IT STILL WORK FOR ME?
Choose a formula that best relates to how you are feeling and your overall emotional state at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not apply to you, the formula is still effective in treating the symptoms you are experiencing.

HOW LONG DOES FLOWER ESSENCE TAKE TO WORK?
The formulations can work instantly in certain situations (First Aid Kit, Moon River, and Whole Hearted work quickly), but long-term issues may take three weeks to a month to show changes. The effects of flower essences are cumulative. Flower essences must be taken as directed to feel the benefits.

WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES TO POLLEN/TREES?
Always consult a doctor to confirm the safety of an application. These flower essences are diluted and considered vibrational medicine as they contain only trace amounts of the original plant material.
