Regarding exfoliation:
Two to three times a week, mix a teaspoon of the powder with a few drops of water to form a creamy mousse. Apply to damp skin and massage in using gentle, circular motions. Rinse off and finish with a warm compress. Then apply your preferred toner, serum, and moisturizer.

As a mask:
Once or twice a week, mix two teaspoons of the powder with an equal amount of water to form a creamy mousse. Apply to freshly cleansed skin, relax, and allow to dry completely. Rinse off and finish with a warm compress. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer.

Bonus:
As a non-mechanical exfoliant, apply a thin layer of the mousse to your wet face and neck using your palms, leave on for about ten minutes, and rinse thoroughly. For even better results, combine with a facial steam bath.
