A Refreshing Ayurvedic Adaptogen Tea

Golden Spirit Tea is made with the highest quality tulsi, also known as the sacred plant Holy Basil, ethically sourced from small community farms in Sri Lanka that use Forest Gardening techniques, a sustainable way of farming. This tea is lovingly blended to enhance the restorative properties of the herbs.

orange peel and soursop lend this spirit elevating blend its zesty and refreshing flavours, with a complex, herbal finish from our tulsi and moringa leaves.

Its earthy and refreshing notes bring a sense of grounding and purpose to each sip, which is why we have affectionately named this our Spirit Tea.

1 teaspoon (2.5g) of Golden Spirit Tea per cup. Use freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 minutes.
