When should LionHeart be given:

LionHeart can also be used "as needed" for a few days if children have recently experienced difficulties at school or suffered a disappointment or setback, such as a bad grade or not being selected for a sport or project. It is a wonderfully gentle formula that does not cause any "things get worse before they get better" scenarios.

Can I take several flower remedies at the same time?
Please avoid taking more than one formula at the same time, as this reduces the effectiveness of the individual flower essences. (The First Aid Kit formula is an exception and can be taken at any time, even if you are already taking another Alexis flower essence.)

Can I drink coffee or alcohol while taking flower essences?
Yes! It's perfectly fine to drink coffee and alcohol.

IS IT MORE EFFECTIVE TO TAKE THE WHOLE BOTTLE AT ONCE TO ACHIEVE A STRONGER EFFECT?
The standard dose is four drops placed under the tongue four times a day. Regular use of the flower essences builds up the strength of their effect. Therefore, potency is not increased by taking more drops at once, but by using them regularly and consistently. Alexis' formulations should be taken four times a day, although in acute situations this may need to be increased to once an hour or even more frequently (the First Aid Kit formulation may be used every ten minutes until your condition improves).

I only have a few of the listed symptoms. Will it still work for me?
Choose a formula that best relates to your current feelings and overall emotional state. Even if some of the listed symptoms don't apply to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR FLOWER ESSENCES TO WORK?
The formulas can work immediately in certain situations (First Aid Kit, Moon River, and Whole Hearted work quickly), but for long-term issues, it takes three weeks to a month for changes to become apparent. The effects of flower essences are cumulative. Flower essences must be taken as directed to experience their benefits.

WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES TO POLLEN / TREES?
Always consult a doctor to confirm the safety of any application. These flower essences are diluted and considered vibrational medicine, as they contain only traces of the original plant material.
