1 Gua Sha tool

Start with a clean face and prep your skin for the massage with a facial oil or serum. Lay the Gua Sha stone flat on the face, starting with the forehead. Push the stone gently but with light pressure in an upward motion from the eyebrows to the hairline. Continue with the cheeks in an outward direction.
Move the stone from the crease of the nose to the ear. Use the curved end of the Gua Sha Stone with the two curves. Start at the chin and slide the stone back up to the ear. Below the eyes, please gently push the stone from the inner corner of the eye to the ear. The stone can also be used selectively for a massage in case of tension.
