High bioavailability
Optimal absorption and holistic effect - The drops are highly dosed - 1 drop contains 25 μg vitamin D3 (500% NRV) and 25 μg vitamin K2 (33.3% NRV). YLUMI's vitamin D3 + K2 can be optimally absorbed by the body through the combination of both vitamins and MCT oil.

Put 1 drop on a spoon or dissolve in some liquid (e.g. water) and consume.

When consuming directly from the bottle, put a drop under the tongue - it is essential to ensure very good hygiene of the pipette.

The SUNSHINE DROPS harmonize perfectly with other YLUMI products and can be combined with any other YLUMI formula as usual.

Coconut oil (MCT medium-chain triglycerides, 89%), vitamin D3 from lichen (cholecalciferol 5%), vitamin K2 from natto (menaquinone MK-7.5%)* in olive oil (1%).

Why do you need a vitamin D supplement?
Supplementary intake of vitamin D is recommended, especially in the darker months of the year. Due to the few annual hours of sunshine in Germany, however, you should ideally take additional vitamin D supplements all year round if you spend most of your time indoors, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Do the Sunshine Drops provide a sufficient amount of vitamin D?
Yes, the formula provides 1,000 IU (or 25ug) per day, which is a safe and recommended amount of vitamin D supplementation.

Can the Sunshine Drops be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
